Kent Home Electronics Direct Delivery*

This is different and not to be confused with the various delivery arrangements of our retail partners.

All TVs and major domestic appliance orders will be delivered direct from Kent Home Electronics by our delivery partners ‘DHL,UPS, FEDEX, ARAMEX’. Small domestic appliances (that do not require a two man delivery for products such as vacuum cleaners) will be delivered by any of our various courier services within 3-4 working days.

TV’s & Major Domestic Appliances

Before a product is delivered direct from Kent Home Electronics, the following happens:

-Our Partners will be in touch within 5 working days** to arrange a delivery

-Our Partner will collect your product from Kent Home Electronics and then you will receive a mail with a link and a tracking number to trace & track your order. (note this will be from any of our partners)

-24hrs before delivery you will receive another mail or text confirming a delivery to be made to you and you can also use your tracking link to track your delivery.

-On the day of delivery, you will receive a call 30mins before your delivery to confirm all details directly with you.

**Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday.
